Unlike automated messaging systems, Powderhouse uses a shared inbox solution that enables direct, person-to-person communication between our staff and our school community. All text messages are manually sent and received by authorized school staff members.

When you enroll in our SMS communication system, we collect:

• Mobile phone numbers of students and/or parents/guardians
• Names associated with these numbers
• Message content and timestamp
• Any additional contact information you choose to share
